Description

Glow in the Dark Rice Krispies Treats are a fun and easy no-bake dessert perfect for parties and Halloween. This glowing Rice Krispie treat recipe uses tonic water and neon gelatin for a blacklight surprise. Ideal for kids and adults!


Ingredients

4 cups mini marshmallows

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons tonic water

1 packet neon gelatin powder (blue, green, or pink)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with butter.

2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

3. Stir in the tonic water and mini marshmallows. Mix constantly until smooth and melted.

4. Add the neon gelatin powder and stir until fully dissolved and the color is evenly distributed.

5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.

6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down evenly with a greased spatula.

7. Let the treats cool completely before cutting into squares.

8. Serve under blacklight for full glowing effect and enjoy!

Notes

Use neon gelatin that reacts under blacklight for best glow.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Add sprinkles or edible glitter for extra flair.
