Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites with Hot Cajun Alfredo & Crispy Spinach Twists are a bold, flavorful meal featuring crispy seared chicken, creamy spicy Alfredo sauce, and flaky spinach puff pastry twists. Perfect for family dinners or casual entertaining, this easy chicken recipe brings restaurant-quality taste home.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts or thighs, boneless and skinless

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup fresh spinach

1 sheet puff pastry

1 egg, beaten

Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and 1/4 cup parmesan.

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Sear chicken until golden on all sides, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

3. Lower the heat. In the same pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and add garlic. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Simmer until thickened, then stir in remaining parmesan.

4. In another pan, sauté spinach with olive oil until wilted. Chop it and set aside.

5. Roll out puff pastry, brush with egg, top with spinach and a sprinkle of parmesan. Slice into strips, twist, place on a baking sheet.

6. Brush with egg wash and bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crisp.

7. Spoon Alfredo sauce onto plates, top with chicken bites, and serve with warm spinach twists.

Notes

Make sure chicken pieces are uniform in size to ensure even cooking.

Reheat the sauce gently with a splash of cream to restore its silkiness.

The spinach twists are best baked fresh, but you can prep them a few hours ahead.
