Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory stuffed biscuit bites packed with ground beef, cheddar, garlic butter, and parmesan. This easy comfort food recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners, parties, or game day appetizers. Juicy, cheesy, and golden baked to perfection.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small yellow onion, finely diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

4 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.

3. Flatten each biscuit into a 5-inch circle using fingers or a rolling pin.

4. Place 1-2 tablespoons of beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Top with shredded cheddar.

5. Fold dough around filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

6. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of parmesan. Brush over each biscuit bomb.

7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.

8. Remove from oven and brush with extra garlic butter. Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use flaky biscuit dough for best results.

Avoid overstuffing the bombs to prevent bursting.

Freeze unbaked bombs for meal prep and bake straight from frozen.
