Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Chipotle White Cheddar Shells is the ultimate 30-minute dinner. Juicy steak cubes seared in garlic butter are served with smoky, creamy pasta shells, creating a rich and satisfying dish. Perfect for steak night, weeknight meals, or dinner guests.


Ingredients

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)

2 tbsp butter (for steak)

3 garlic cloves, minced

8 oz shell pasta

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1 chipotle pepper in adobo, finely chopped

3/4 cup heavy cream

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Cook shell pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Stir in chopped chipotle pepper and heavy cream. Simmer, then reduce heat and whisk in white cheddar until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak cubes in a single layer until browned on all sides.

5. Lower heat, add butter and minced garlic to skillet. Toss steak to coat in garlic butter.

6. Spoon cheesy chipotle pasta onto plates. Top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use ribeye for extra tenderness and marbling.

Adjust chipotle quantity for more or less heat.

Leftovers reheat well with a splash of milk or cream to refresh the sauce.
