Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in sugar. Whisk until glossy and smooth.
2. Remove from heat and beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips, then spread batter into a lined 9×9-inch pan.
5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
6. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until creamy.
7. Pour cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and swirl slightly.
8. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 40–45 minutes until the center is set.
9. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
10. Slice into bars and serve chilled.
