Description

A creamy, fluffy Four Cheese Frittata recipe packed with mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, and ricotta. This oven-baked egg dish is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Gluten-free, protein-rich, and great for meal prep.

Ingredients

8 large eggs

1/2 cup whole milk or heavy cream

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (for greasing pan)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with butter or olive oil.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.

3. Fold in mozzarella, cheddar, ricotta, and half of the parmesan.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the edges start to set.

5. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top and transfer the skillet to the oven.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and the center is fully set.

7. Let the frittata cool slightly, then slice and serve with optional fresh herbs.

Notes

This frittata can be served warm, room temperature, or chilled.

Swap cheeses based on your favorite combinations like gruyère or goat cheese.

Let it cool completely before refrigerating to maintain texture.
