Description

Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted butter

6 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.25 teaspoon black pepper

0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant, not browned.

3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Let spices cook for 1–2 minutes.

4. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, stir, and let the sauce simmer for another 2–3 minutes.

5. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot over your favorite dishes or store for later.

Notes

Adjust the heat by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
