Description

Creamy and festive, these Eggnog Cheesecake Bars are the ultimate holiday dessert. Featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, rich cream cheese filling, and spiced eggnog flavor, they’re perfect for Christmas, Thanksgiving, or any winter celebration. A must-bake for cheesecake and eggnog lovers alike!

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup eggnog

3 large eggs

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture into the pan to form crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.

3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat again.

4. Mix in eggnog, then add eggs one at a time, beating after each.

5. Stir in flour, vanilla, and nutmeg until fully incorporated.

6. Pour mixture over cooled crust. Smooth the top.

7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is just set.

8. Let cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

9. Slice into bars. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg if desired.

Notes

These bars taste even better the next day.

Use full-fat cream cheese for a rich, velvety texture.

Don’t skip the chill time—this sets the bars perfectly.
