Description

This Easy Summer Mango Salsa is a refreshing tropical dip made with ripe mangoes, red pepper, jalapeño, and lime juice. Perfect for chips, grilled chicken, or tacos. This sweet and spicy mango salsa recipe is gluten-free, vegan, and comes together in just 15 minutes. A must-have summer appetizer or topping.

Ingredients

1 cup diced mango

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1 jalapeño, minced (remove seeds for less heat)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Peel and dice the mango into small cubes.

2. Dice the red bell pepper and red onion to match the mango size.

3. Mince the jalapeño and finely chop the cilantro.

4. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

5. Add the lime juice and salt.

6. Mix well to combine all flavors.

7. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

8. Taste and adjust lime or salt if needed before serving.

Notes

This salsa is best when made with fresh mangoes for ideal texture.

You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Frozen mango works in a pinch, but thaw and drain first.
