Description

This Easy Oreo Cheesecake is a no-bake dessert dream come true, made with cream cheese, crushed Oreos, and whipped cream for a luscious, creamy filling and crunchy crust. Ingredients

2 ½ cups Oreo cookies, crushed

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

¾ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup chopped Oreo cookies

Whipped cream and extra Oreos for topping


Instructions

1. Crush Oreo cookies (including filling) into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until well combined.

2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust, then chill in the fridge.

3. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.

4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to keep it airy.

6. Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies evenly.

7. Spoon the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.

8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.

9. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and extra Oreos. Slice and enjoy.
