Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups shredded coconut
1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and mini chocolate chips until evenly combined.
2. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is fully coated and sticky.
3. Using clean hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
4. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or freeze for a firmer texture.
6. Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy!
Notes
Keep the mixture chilled while forming if it becomes too sticky.
You can roll the finished balls in extra coconut or dip them in chocolate for variety.
Freeze for 10–15 minutes before serving for a firmer, fudge-like texture.
