Ingredients
1 package strawberry Jello (3 oz)
1 package lime Jello (3 oz)
2 packets unflavored gelatin
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
3 cups boiling water (divided)
2 cups cold water (divided)
Instructions
1. Dissolve strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water, then add 1 cup cold water and stir well.
2. Pour into a 9×13 inch dish and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes, until just set.
3. In a bowl, sprinkle 2 packets unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Let bloom for 5 minutes.
4. Add 1/2 cup boiling water to gelatin and stir to dissolve.
5. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully mixed. Let it cool to room temperature.
6. Pour white layer gently over the set red layer. Chill for 30–45 minutes until set.
7. Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup boiling water, then add 1 cup cold water and stir.
8. Once the white layer is firm, pour green layer on top and chill for 2 hours or until completely firm.
9. Cut into squares or shapes, and serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure each layer sets fully before adding the next to prevent blending.
Use a sharp knife dipped in warm water to get clean jello squares.
You can substitute flavors, but stick to colors that match the theme.
