Ingredients
1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can chili (15 oz, with or without beans)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
2. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature, then spread evenly into the bottom of the dish.
3. Spoon the chili evenly over the cream cheese layer.
4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling.
