Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

¾ teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

⅓ cup olive oil

1 cup water

Optional: flaky salt, extra rosemary, or shredded cheese for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, and rosemary. Stir to mix well.

3. Add olive oil and water. Stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
