Description

This Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta recipe is a bold and creamy dinner idea featuring juicy garlic butter chicken paired with a smoky Cajun Alfredo pasta. Perfect for a weeknight meal, this spicy chicken pasta dish is packed with flavor and made with simple ingredients like rotini, Parmesan, Cajun spices, and fresh garlic.

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cubed

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces twisted pasta (like rotini)

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Lower the heat and add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Keep warm.

5. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

6. In a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and stir in Cajun seasoning. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

7. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and thick.

8. Toss the cooked pasta in the Cajun Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.

9. Plate the pasta and top with garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with parsley if desired.

10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melt and texture.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste—mild or spicy.

If sauce thickens too much during reheating, add a splash of milk or cream.
