Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 yellow onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen corn

1 bag tater tots (about 32 oz)

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.

3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and frozen corn. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Preheat oven to 375°F.

5. Spread beef mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.

6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

7. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.

8. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

9. Let cool slightly before serving.
