Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
4. Place the biscuits over the filling, spacing them evenly or cutting in half if needed.
5. Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbling.
