Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 package Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

1 cup milk

1 stick butter (melted)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.

2. Add the shredded cooked chicken to the bottom of the dish.

3. Evenly distribute the frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken.

4. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken and vegetables. Do not stir.

5. Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions with milk and melted butter.
