Description

Easy Buffalo Garlic Chicken Bites are crispy, juicy, and coated in a buttery buffalo garlic sauce. This spicy appetizer or dinner idea is quick to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for parties, meal prep, or weeknight cravings. A must-try buffalo chicken recipe!


Ingredients

500g chicken breast or thighs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 eggs

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Oil for frying or air frying spray


Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks and pat dry.

2. In one bowl, whisk eggs. In another, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.

4. Heat oil in a skillet or preheat air fryer to 400°F. Fry chicken in batches until golden and cooked through—about 4–5 minutes per side in oil, or 10–12 minutes in air fryer, flipping halfway.

5. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add buffalo sauce and simmer.

6. Toss cooked chicken in the warm buffalo garlic sauce. Serve hot with dipping sauce or as-is.

Notes

These bites are best enjoyed fresh but also reheat well in an air fryer.

Use chicken thighs for juicier bites, or breasts for leaner pieces.

Serve as an appetizer, in wraps, or over salads for extra flexibility.
