Ingredients
1 ½ cups shredded chicken
⅓ cup buffalo sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 can jumbo biscuit dough (8-count)
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions until smooth and creamy.
2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
3. Add a spoonful of filling into the center of each dough piece. Fold and seal the edges tightly.
4. Place the bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of each biscuit.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let cool slightly before serving with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
