Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup chopped onion
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sliced pickles
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp sweet relish
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
2. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish to create the Big Mac-style sauce.
4. Spread sauce down the center of each tortilla.
5. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by cheddar cheese, onion, lettuce, and pickle slices.
6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly like a burrito.
7. (Optional) Place the wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to toast.
8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
