Ingredients
1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
10 small flour tortillas
olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt until creamy and well blended.
3. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture onto the lower third of each tortilla.
4. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
5. Lightly spray the tops of the taquitos with olive oil spray.
6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the taquitos are crisp and golden brown.
7. Serve warm with guacamole, sour cream, or salsa.
