Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Olive oil or cooking spray

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (for sauce)

2 cloves garlic, minced


Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks and pat them dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

2. Beat the eggs in one bowl. In another bowl, combine panko, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.

4. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet or air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Spray lightly with oil.

5. Bake at 400°F or air fry at 375°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

6. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

7. Pour in heavy cream, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until slightly thickened.

8. Add parmesan and whisk until smooth and creamy.

9. Serve the chicken bites hot with the Cajun Alfredo drizzled on top or on the side. Garnish if desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano for best crispiness.

Air frying keeps the coating extra crunchy with less oil.

Keep sauce and chicken stored separately for optimal texture when reheating.
