Description

Creamy Velveeta Spaghetti with Italian Beef Marinara is the ultimate comfort food pasta recipe. Made with smooth Velveeta cheese and rich homemade Italian-style beef marinara, this cheesy spaghetti dinner is fast, flavorful, and perfect for family meals or weeknight indulgence.

Ingredients

400g spaghetti

2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 pound ground beef

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup milk

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.

2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the beef and cook until the onion is translucent.

3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. Simmer the marinara sauce for 15–20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.

5. In a saucepan, heat milk over medium-low heat. Add Velveeta cubes and stir until completely melted and smooth. Add pasta water if needed for creaminess.

6. Toss cooked spaghetti in the cheese sauce until evenly coated.

7. Plate cheesy spaghetti and spoon the beef marinara over the top. Serve hot with optional garnish of parsley or Parmesan.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for extra flavor when serving.

Add red chili flakes to the marinara if you like a bit of heat.

For even creamier sauce, use whole milk or add a splash of cream.
