Description

Creamy Velveeta Penne Pasta with Cajun Beef Alfredo Sauce is the ultimate comfort meal. Made with smooth Velveeta, Cajun-seasoned beef, and penne pasta, this rich and spicy dish is perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests. Keywords: Velveeta pasta, Cajun beef Alfredo, creamy penne pasta, spicy Alfredo, comfort food dinner.

Ingredients

1 pound penne pasta

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups heavy cream

2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning. Cook until beef is browned and slightly crispy.

3. Add minced garlic to the beef and sauté for another minute.

4. Lower the heat, pour in the heavy cream, and stir in Velveeta cubes. Let the cheese melt into a creamy sauce.

5. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan. Stir to combine.

6. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.

7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan or Cajun seasoning if desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.

To reheat, add a splash of milk or cream to restore creaminess.

You can substitute penne with rigatoni or fusilli.
