Description

This Creamy Ranch Chicken Crock Pot recipe is the ultimate comfort food made easy. Tender chicken breasts, creamy ranch sauce, baby potatoes, and green beans come together in one slow cooker meal. A perfect weeknight dinner idea with minimal prep and rich flavor.

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

4 ounces cream cheese

1.5 pounds baby potatoes

2 cups green beans

1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. Place baby potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot.

2. Lay chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.

3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.

4. Pour cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the top.

5. Cut cream cheese into chunks and distribute across the top.

6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

7. Add green beans 30 minutes before the cooking time ends.

8. Shred chicken lightly in the crock pot, stir everything, and serve hot.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.

You can substitute fresh green beans with frozen—no thawing needed.

For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream at the end.
