Creamy Pumpkin Tiramisu is a no-bake fall dessert combining classic tiramisu layers with spiced pumpkin, mascarpone, and espresso-soaked ladyfingers. A silky, festive treat perfect for Thanksgiving or cozy gatherings.
Ingredients
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
24 ladyfinger cookies
1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold gently into the pumpkin mixture.
3. Pour coffee into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each ladyfinger for 1 second per side.
4. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish, followed by half of the pumpkin cream.
5. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers and top with the rest of the cream.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Use pure pumpkin puree, not pie filling.
Make sure the coffee is fully cooled before dipping.
Overnight chilling helps flavors blend beautifully.
