Description

Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
3. Spread florets evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy on the edges.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl.
6. Serve cauliflower bites warm with garlic sauce on the side or drizzled on top.

Best served immediately for the crispiest texture.
You can air-fry them at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes for extra crunch.
