Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken thighs

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Preheat grill or grill pan and cook the chicken pieces until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
