Description

This Creamy Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo recipe features tender seared chicken, rich garlic Parmesan Alfredo sauce, and perfectly cooked fettuccine pasta. A comforting, indulgent pasta dinner made with simple ingredients that’s perfect for weeknights or special occasions. Keywords: creamy chicken alfredo, chicken alfredo pasta, fettuccine alfredo recipe.

Ingredients

250g fettuccine pasta

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 6–7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove and let rest, then slice.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.

4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Use pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.

5. Add sliced chicken to the skillet and stir gently to combine.

6. Finish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.

Don’t boil the cream sauce; simmer gently to avoid curdling.

Leftovers reheat better when you add a splash of cream or milk.
