Ingredients
8 oz lump crab meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease ramekins or a small baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley until smooth.
3. Gently fold the lump crab meat into the mixture using a spatula, being careful not to break up the crab pieces.
