Ingredients
225g spaghetti
300g beef strips (sirloin or flank steak)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions

4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the remaining Cajun seasoning.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
6. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
7. Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen.
8. Return beef strips to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
9. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
10. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan or chopped parsley.
Notes
Use good-quality Cajun seasoning for the best flavor.
Slice beef against the grain to ensure tenderness.
Add a splash of lemon juice if you want brightness to balance the richness.
