Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 oz cream cheese
12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and coat them with Cajun seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter. Once melted, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Stir continuously until fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything until fully coated.
7. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes so the flavors can meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top, if desired.
