Ingredients
400g spaghetti
500g ground beef
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
100g cream cheese
50g grated Parmesan cheese
100g shredded mozzarella cheese
200ml heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
cloves garlic minced Salt to taste Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
Add ground beef, cook until browned and crumbled. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over beef and stir well.
Add cream cheese, heavy cream, and reserved pasta water, stirring until smooth.
Reduce heat to low, add Parmesan and mozzarella, stir until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss drained spaghetti with sauce until well coated. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use a good-quality Cajun seasoning and adjust heat to your taste. Reserve pasta water to help emulsify the sauce if it gets too thick. For a lighter version, you can substitute ground turkey for beef.
