Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces rotini pasta, cooked
1 cup chopped bell peppers
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and garlic until soft and fragrant.
3. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the vegetables and stir to coat well.
4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer, cooking for 5 minutes.
5. Return beef to the pan, add cooked rotini, and toss everything together to combine.
6. Turn off heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
