Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
5 cups chicken broth
8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.
2. Add shredded chicken and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle boil.
