Ingredients
20 green olives, pitted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 4 teaspoon onion powder
1 4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs or crushed nuts (optional for coating)
Instructions
1. Drain and pat dry the olives completely to remove all moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
3. Take a small scoop of the seasoned cream cheese and flatten it into a disk.
4. Place one olive in the center and gently mold the cheese around it until fully wrapped.
5. Repeat for all olives, then roll them in chopped herbs, nuts, or extra paprika if desired.
6. Refrigerate the wrapped olives for at least 1 hour to firm up.
7. Serve chilled or slightly at room temperature with toothpicks or on a platter.

These can be made up to 2 days in advance.
