Description

This Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread is a festive appetizer featuring gooey brie cheese, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and buttery sourdough baked to golden perfection. Ideal for holidays, parties, or cozy nights in, this easy pull-apart bread recipe delivers both flavor and elegance.

Ingredients

1 round sourdough boule or French loaf

8 oz brie cheese

1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

4 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped

pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Slice the loaf in a grid pattern, being careful not to cut through the bottom.

3. Cut brie into small wedges or cubes. Stuff evenly into the bread crevices.

4. Add small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce into the same spaces as the brie.

5. Melt the butter and stir in chopped herbs. Drizzle the mixture evenly over the entire loaf.

6. Wrap bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.

7. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and top is golden.

8. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.

Notes

Use a firm crusty loaf so it holds its shape during baking.

Try homemade cranberry sauce for an extra flavorful touch.

Serve this as an appetizer, side, or even brunch centerpiece.
