Ingredients

24 squares puff pastry

8 ounces brie cheese

1 cup cranberry sauce

1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.

2. Let puff pastry thaw until pliable and cut into 24 squares.

3. Press one pastry square into each muffin tin well.

4. Add a small cube of brie to each, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.

5. Sprinkle pecans and thyme on top if using.

6. Brush pastry corners with egg wash.

7. Bake for 12–14 minutes or until golden and puffed.

8. Let cool slightly, then serve warm or at room temperature.

You can make them ahead and bake just before serving.
