Ingredients
2 heads broccoli florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add parmesan cheese and toss again until the broccoli is fully coated.
4. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet.
5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and crispy.
6. Remove from oven and serve hot with extra cheese if desired.

Don’t skip flipping halfway for even browning.
