Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 flour tortillas
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sautée the minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
2. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with garlic butter, warming for 2–3 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low, add cream cheese, and stir until fully melted into the chicken mixture.
4. Sprinkle in the mozzarella and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Spoon the mixture evenly onto one side of each tortilla and roll them tightly into wraps.
6. Toast the wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with fresh parsley sprinkled on top, if desired.
Notes
This is a great use for leftover rotisserie chicken.
Make it spicy by adding red pepper flakes or jalapeños to the filling.
Use gluten-free tortillas if needed for dietary preferences.
