Ingredients
225g chicken breast
225g linguine pasta
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
2. Slice the chicken breast into strips or chunks. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, Dijon, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
5. Return chicken and cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss everything in the sauce. Add pasta water if needed to loosen.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, toss again, and serve immediately while hot.
