Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons ranch dressing
4 slices provolone cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Grill or pan-sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
3. Place cooked chicken into a baking dish and spread ranch dressing over the top.
4. Add provolone slices and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
5. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, and a bit more parmesan.
6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken.
7. Broil for 2–3 minutes until the topping is golden and bubbly.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
