Description

Cold Pepperoncini Dip is a creamy, tangy appetizer loaded with zesty pepperoncini flavor. This easy no-cook dip recipe is perfect for parties, game day spreads, or snack boards. Made with sour cream, cream cheese, and pickled peppers, it’s the ultimate cold dip to make ahead.

Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoncini peppers (drained)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Let cream cheese come to room temperature to soften.

2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Finely chop drained pepperoncinis and stir them into the bowl.

4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

5. Fold in chopped chives or green onions.

6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

7. Serve cold with crackers, veggies, or chips.

Notes

Let the dip chill to help flavors meld.

Use full-fat dairy for best texture and taste.

Adjust the pepperoncini amount for more or less tang.
