Description

These Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are an easy, sweet treat made with canned biscuit dough, rolled in melted butter and coated in cinnamon sugar. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a cozy snack, these mini donut-style bites are quick to make and always a crowd-pleaser. Great with coffee or hot chocolate!

Ingredients

1 can biscuit dough

0.5 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

0.25 cup butter, melted

Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking

Instructions

1. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.

2. Cut each biscuit into 4 or 8 pieces, then roll into balls.

3. If frying, heat oil to 350°F. If baking, preheat oven to 375°F and line a tray with parchment.

4. Fry dough balls for 2–3 minutes until golden brown, then drain. OR bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.

5. Melt the butter in a bowl.

6. In another bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.

7. Dip each bite in butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Soft flaky biscuit dough gives the best donut-like texture.

Use tongs or a slotted spoon when frying for safety.

If baking, brush with butter after baking for even coating.
