Ingredients

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups granulated sugar

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

½ cup vegetable oil

⅓ cup fresh orange juice

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan and dust with cocoa powder.

2. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add sour cream, oil, orange juice, zest, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

4. Slowly combine wet mixture with dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

5. Pour batter into the pan and tap lightly to remove air bubbles.

6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

7. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto wire rack.

8. Once fully cooled, drizzle with orange glaze or melted chocolate if desired.
