Ingredients

1 cup toffee bits
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks (for dipping)
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

6. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
