Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillets

2 tablespoons chili onion crisp

1 avocado

1 mango

1/4 small red onion

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil


Instructions

1. Cook jasmine rice according to the package instructions. Fluff and set aside.

2. Dice the avocado, mango, and red onion. Toss with lime juice, chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

3. Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 390°F.

4. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

5. Spread chili onion crisp over each salmon fillet.

6. Roast or air fry salmon for 10–12 minutes until cooked through and lightly caramelized.

7. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, and avocado mango salsa.

8. Drizzle with extra chili crisp if desired and serve.

Notes

Salmon can be cooked in the air fryer or oven — choose your preference.

To save time, use pre-cooked rice or leftovers from the night before.
