Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

4 ounces cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
