Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
3 cups Alfredo sauce
1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and lay flat on parchment to prevent sticking.
2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, half of the Parmesan cheese, and seasoning until smooth.
3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
4. Add the first layer of noodles, followed by ricotta mixture, chicken, more sauce, and mozzarella.
5. Repeat the layering process, finishing with Alfredo, mozzarella, and remaining Parmesan.
6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
8. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
